Energy Psychology is a family of healing methods that blend contemporary psychology, ancient healing traditions, integrative medicine insights and cutting-edge mind-body research. In the practice of energy psychotherapy, these powerful methods are brought together with conventional psychotherapeutic techniques to enhance the therapeutic process and are clinically observed to consistently help with a wide range of psychological conditions. many energy psychotherapists and clients report accelerated relief from emotional distress using energy psychology methods.
Energy therapies work with the human subtle energy matrix, sometimes referred to as Qi, prana, auras, energy meridians, chakras, acupoints, or the biofield. The existence of an energy field within and beyond all living things is a point of agreement between science and spirituality. Energy psychology does not require adherence to any particular belief system, and its methods have been shown to be effective whether one believes in the practice or not.
